These terms govern access to the UFOQ.AI website, public material, paid research, and membership services. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate information when purchasing or accessing a membership. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Membership access is personal unless a written team or enterprise arrangement states otherwise.

Membership and billing

UFOQ.AI currently offers a monthly membership at US$20 per month and an annual membership at US$120 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Checkout and billing are processed by Whop, and available payment methods or taxes may depend on your location. Price changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

Access licence

Subject to these terms and an active membership, UFOQ.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use member content for your own professional or internal decision-support purposes. No ownership in the content, underlying research, databases, knowledge graph, branding, or intellectual property is transferred to you.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, systematically scrape, build a competing database from, share access credentials for, or use substantial portions of the service to train a model without written permission. Security testing, access circumvention, and misuse of the service are prohibited.

Research is not professional advice

UFOQ.AI provides general research and emerging-risk analysis. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, engineering, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter into a transaction. Sources, uncertainty, and availability

Briefings combine sourced facts, calculations, analytical inference, and conditional scenarios. Information can be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong. We do not promise that every forecast, scenario, source, link, or service feature will remain accurate or continuously available. We may correct, update, withdraw, or change content and features.

Third-party services

The service uses or links to third parties, including Whop for checkout and billing. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. UFOQ.AI is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct beyond obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where payment fails, membership expires, these terms are materially breached, the service is abused, or action is reasonably necessary to protect users, research, or systems. You may cancel renewal at any time through your Whop billing portal.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UFOQ.AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact
