These terms govern the UFOQ.AI website, public research, reader accounts, and commissioned Research Desk work. By using the service, you agree to them.

Reader accounts

Published briefings are available without an account. If you choose to sign in, you must provide an email address you control and are responsible for activity associated with that identity and session. We may restrict access where an account is abused or used to compromise the service.

Public research licence

UFOQ.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use its published research for personal, professional, or internal decision-support purposes. No ownership in the content, underlying research, databases, knowledge graph, branding, or other intellectual property is transferred to you.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, systematically scrape, build a competing database from, or use substantial portions of the service to train a model without written permission. Security testing, access circumvention, and misuse of the service are prohibited.

Research Desk engagements

A question submitted to the Research Desk is an enquiry, not an order. Commissioned work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timetable, fee, payment terms, and any special conditions are agreed in writing. Those written engagement terms take precedence if they conflict with these general terms.

Research is not professional advice

UFOQ.AI provides general research and emerging-risk analysis. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, engineering, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter into a transaction. Sources, uncertainty, and availability

Briefings combine sourced facts, calculations, analytical inference, and conditional scenarios. Information can be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong. We do not promise that every forecast, scenario, source, link, or feature will remain accurate or continuously available. We may correct, update, withdraw, or change content and features.

Third-party services

The service uses or links to third parties for hosting, email, authentication, measurement, and other operations. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. UFOQ.AI is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct beyond obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UFOQ.AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact
