Who this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit UFOQ.AI, purchase or manage a membership, sign in for member access, contact the research desk, or otherwise interact with our website and services. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@ufoq.ai.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, email address, email-briefing consent and subscription status, authentication identifier, membership plan and status, subscription dates, messages you send us, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site. We do not ask Whop to provide us with your complete payment-card details.

Payments and authentication

Membership checkout and subscription billing are processed by Whop. Payment information entered into the embedded checkout is handled by Whop and its payment providers under their own privacy terms. UFOQ account authentication uses a short-lived code sent to your email by Resend. We use the verified email address to match a signed-in reader with an active membership recorded from Whop.

How we use information

We use information to provide and verify membership access, process and administer subscriptions, respond to enquiries, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, improve the service, and communicate operational or editorial updates you have requested. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, authentication, payment, billing, communications, security, and site operations. Resend processes email addresses and subscription choices for the UFOQ.AI briefing list, delivers our editorial emails, and sends requested sign-in codes. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Email briefings and unsubscribe choices

We add you to the UFOQ.AI briefing list only when you actively submit the signup form and confirm your consent. Editorial emails identify UFOQ.AI as the sender and include an unsubscribe mechanism. You can unsubscribe at any time; Resend records that choice so future broadcasts respect it. You may also contact support@ufoq.ai for help with your email preferences.

Cookies and measurement

UFOQ.AI uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views and site performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not track individual visitors or use cookies for analytics. Embedded third-party services may still use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, checkout, security, and service operation. We do not use advertising pixels or build cross-site visitor profiles.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for membership administration, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate editorial operations. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact the research desk to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

International processing and changes

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The review date above identifies the latest version.
