Fees and refunds
Published briefings are free to read. This policy applies to Risk Foresight subscriptions and to paid work commissioned from the UFOQ.AI Research Desk.

If you cancel, no further payments are taken and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Monthly plan ($20 a month): XXX (refund rule).

Submitting a question does not create a charge. Before commissioned work begins, we provide a written scope covering the deliverable, timetable, fee, payment schedule, and any client responsibilities. Work starts only after those terms are accepted.
If you cancel before research starts, any prepaid fee will normally be returned in full. If work has started, we may retain or invoice the fair value of work completed and non-recoverable costs, with any balance returned. A written engagement may set different milestone terms for a larger or accelerated assignment.
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will first offer a corrected timetable, replacement deliverable, or revised scope. If none is reasonable, we will refund the portion of the fee relating to work that could not be delivered. A conclusion that differs from a client's expectation is not by itself a delivery failure.
If you believe an invoice or charge is duplicated or incorrect, contact support@ufoq.ai within seven days. Include the invoice or charge date and a description of the issue. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors promptly.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law requires.
